Step 1: Do You Qualify?

Question 1

Do you have a student ages 9 through high school where the following applies for the 2026-2027 year:

  • Filed a letter of intent (NOI) with a school district

If you answered YES, you're half-way there!

Important Note: Newly passed Colorado bill SB26-023 changed the guidelines.

Question 2

Are you already taking funding from the state? Some examples are:

  • Online Schools (Publicly Funded)

  • Hybrid Online Schools

  • Charter Schools

  • Public Schools

  • Another Enrichment Program

Do I Qualify?

If you answered YES to Question 1 and NO to Question 2, you'll likely qualify for a FULL payment!

IMPORTANT: To comply with current Colorado requirements, publicly funded students may enroll in only one pathway at a time.

Per state requirements, a student participating in one of our publicly funded homeschool enrichment programs may not also register for the same self-pay program during the same term, if one is offered. At this time, no self-pay option is available.

High School Welding & Fabrication

This class takes students from strong fundamentals to real shop-ready capability through a clear, signed-off skills progression. Once students demonstrate proficiency on their checklist, they move into real-world projects—learning how to plan, fit-up, weld, and finish work to a standard that holds up outside the classroom. Every critical skill is evaluated and documented, giving students a tangible path to confidence and proficiency. Students ages 17+ may submit one weld test to the American Welding Society at no charge, provided it passes the instructor’s visual inspection first. All students receive our Kilroy’s WeldWorks textbook.
